Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Shipping Information
No import duties or fees on U.S. orders. International orders may incur local duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, and most international destinations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send returns to the address listed on your package. All returns must be approved first.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, sunscreen, lip balm, and beauty products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
