Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic U.S. Shipping
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped domestically and are not subject to import duties or customs fees.
International Shipping

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
My Block Skin is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, My Block Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at orders@myblockskin.com and we will do our best to assist.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Products marked as pre-order or limited release may have extended shipping timelines.
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are subject to change and will be communicated when possible.
